After you have your partner ID upload the entire website to the location you want
on your web server. Make sure you keep the file structure in tact.

Once your site have been uploaded, you need to set permissions (CHMOD 666) on one files.
You will need an FTP program such as WS_FTP or Cute FTP to do this:

common.php : 666

(if you find 666 does not work on your server, you may have to set permissions to 777

Once permissions have been set, you need to open your web browser to your
new site and run the setup program which is the index file located in the setup folder.

After you follow the instuctions on the setup page, your site will be setup and it is recommended
you delete the setup folder.
