Unverified Users = users who never verified there emails

Unverified Members = The menbers that are not verified will be viewed here.
Picture management= The admin will approve tyhe pictures from here.It can set up picture formats in which the site will receive.
Upload pictures= The admin will approvwe the pictures to the site as no one cannot upload and offscene pics from here.
Video management= The admin will manage the video from here and will give also extension of the same here.
Send email to otheres= The admin can send emails to others and all from here.
Create ad plans= The owner of the site will be able to create plans for the different banner and ads.He will be able to fix up the price of the banners and ads he will want for the site.
Manage adsense= The admin can manage here the google adsense and all from this section and can also set up plan for it here.
Manage comments= Any comments that will be put in the site will be displayed in the admin section and the admin will be able to see the comments and if it approves then only it will be shown in the site.
Users Renewal = Users when renew will show here
Mass Email All Users = email all users irrespective if they are active or not
Website Stats = total report for the site
Edit Page Text = editing the pages text for all static pages of the website
Commission Record = records of every individual users
Withdrawl Commission = new withdraw requests along with there requested details
Payment Gateway = Administring Payment Gateways

Answer:
 Inside the admin folder you will get to see a file name .....pano.php

Inside this file you get a image name...go.jpg....If you replace it with your onw image name...then you will get the watermark. Now in order to change you have to go to the code.You have to keep the image in the images folfer in the user section not in the admin.
